-DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS-
No reservations taken on less than 2 nights' stay (3 nights on holidays). A 50% deposit is required when making a reservation. MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card accepted. Balance is due upon arrival or before arrival if arriving after 5 pm. Call for late arrival instructions including pre-registration and payment. Deposit refund, due to cancellation, is subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival unless the reservation can be reassigned. If your reservation is reassigned, your deposit will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee.

-PET POLICY-
We have always had a NO PETS ALLOWED policy for our cottages and guest rooms. Unfortunately we find pets inside our cottages from time to time or signs that pets have been inside our cottages. This not only increases our cleaning costs but increases the chance that the next occupants might have a medical problem due to an allergic reaction caused by your pet.

Therefore, if we find pets or signs of pets inside the cottage, you will be responsible for an additional cleaning fee of $150 and will be asked to leave the cottage. The cleaning fee will be automatically charged to your credit card.

-NO SMOKING POLICY-
A NO SMOKING policy has been in effect since January 1, 2006 for all our cottages and guest rooms. Smoking will be allowed outside only. A cigarette butt container will be provided on the porch for your convenience. N-9 and N-10 Guest Rooms have decks instead of porches.

We hope you understand and respect this difficult decision we have made. Helping to keep our cleaning costs down will result in our continuing effort to keep our rates reasonable and our cottages clean and fresh. Reports by our staff of tobacco smoke odor inside the cottages will result in an additional cleaning/deodorizing fee of $150 and will be automatically charged to your credit card.

Check-in is generally 3pm to 5pm.
If you plan to arrive after 5pm, you must arrange in advance for late arrival. A 'Late Arrival' Form will be included in your confirmation package.
Check-out is 11am.
