As of January 1, 2006 a
NO-SMOKING policy will go into effect for all our cottages and guest
rooms. Smoking will be allowed outside only. An ashtray and cigarette
butt container will be provided on the porch for your convenience. N-9
and N-10 Guest Rooms have decks instead of porches.
We hope you understand and respect this difficult decision we have
made. Helping to keep our cleaning costs down will result in our
continuing effort to keep our rates reasonable and our cottages clean
and fresh.
Reports by our staff of tobacco smoke odor inside the cottages will
result in an additional cleaning/deodorizing fee of $150 and will be
automatically charged to your credit card.

We have always had a NO PETS ALLOWED policy for our
cottages and guest rooms. Unfortunately we find pets inside our
cottages from time to time or signs that pets have been inside our
cottages. This not only increases our cleaning costs but increases the
chance that the next occupants might have a medical problem due to an
allergic reaction caused by your pet.
Therefore, if we find pets or signs of pets inside the cottage, you
will be responsible for an additional cleaning fee of $150 and will be
asked to leave the cottage. The cleaning fee will be automatically
charged to your credit card.
