April
The month of April kicks off with the Grand River Easter Egg Hunt at Patti’s Settlement. This event is perfect for the family and a great way to enjoy the spring weather.
Bring your four-legged family members to the Crazy Yorkie Ladies and Dudes Parade. See a parade of yorkies all dressed up as they stroll Grand Rives for a good cause. Looking for pet-friendly accommodations? Look no further than Lighthouse Landing with our pet-friendly cottages.
The next Annual event for April is the Quilt Show! Grand Rivers and Paducah feature a four-day weekend to view and purchase new, antique, and vintage quilts. Numerous vendors are located inside and outside for everyone’s comfort level.
April rounds out with the can’t-miss Bluegrass, Brew, & BBQ Festival here in Grand Rivers. This two-day weekend features live entertainment, art and craft vendors, and of course, all the BBQ you can eat. There will be other food vendors on-site along with a local brewery beer garden.

When summer rolls around, golf carts are the way to get around to these Grand Rivers, KY spring events. Cruise the town and pull up to one of the many events in your rented golf cart for endless fun!
Dance into summer with a tradition almost as old as Grand River itself with summer Street Dances. Held the second Saturday of each month, May – September, the Street Dance takes place in the middle of town between Payne Street & Cumberland Avenue on JH O’Bryan and is a fun time had by all!
