This spacious two-story cottage comfortably accommodates six to eight guests, featuring a large living room with a La-Z-Boy custom upholstery sofa sleeper, ideal for gatherings. Relax on the private covered porch while enjoying the breathtaking sunsets over Kentucky Lake.
The cottage offers a downstairs bedroom with a Serta Sleeper King-size bed and a full bath. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a Serta Sleeper King-size bed, and a full bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen and custom wood dining table & living area provide all the conveniences of home, complemented by a cozy gas log fireplace for cooler nights. On the outdoor porch, a gas grill is available for grilling your favorite foods.
Located on the picturesque lakefront of Kentucky Lake, south of the marina, this cottage offers a perfect mix of privacy and proximity to other rentals, making it ideal for groups wishing to stay close together.

CARDHOLDER RESPONSIBILITY: If you are the cardholder and not occupying the cottage, please complete the Cardholder Responsibility Form and return it as soon as possible.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Guests are responsible for payment of all reserved nights regardless of actual arrival or departure date. You must be at least 25 years of age and show proof of identification upon arrival. A 50% deposit by credit card is required when making a reservation. Balance is due upon arrival using cash or a credit card. Valid credit card information is required and will be kept on file. IF PAYING A DEPOSIT WITH A LIGHTHOUSE LANDING GIFT CERTIFICATE, PLEASE CALL TO MAKE RESERVATIONS.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Prepaid credit cards are not accepted.
NO PETS ALLOWED: We try to provide allergy-free accommodations. Therefore, if we discover that a pet has been in one of our units there will be a $150.00 cleaning fee charged to your credit card.
NO SMOKING: Reports by our staff of tobacco smoke odor inside the unit will result in an additional cleaning/deodorizing fee of $200 and will be automatically charged to your credit card.
DAMAGES: Your unit is inspected and inventoried by our staff prior to your arrival. Upon departure, your unit will again be inspected and inventoried. We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages or losses incurred during your stay.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests per cottage is based on our units’ capacity to comfortably and safely accommodate our guests. If unapproved and maximum occupancy is exceeded, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments.
MINIMUM STAY: All advance reservations must be three nights or longer from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. Three-night minimum for Quilt Week, Hunter’s Moon Festival, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Two-night minimum in place for the rest of the year.
CHECK-IN TIME: You can check in between 3 and 5 pm.
LATE ARRIVAL: If you know that you will be arriving after 5 pm, a Late Arrival Form will be sent to you which must be completed and returned before your reservation arrival date. On your arrival day, please call Lighthouse Landing before 4 pm for instructions. At that time, the balance of your reservation will be charged to your credit card.
CHECK-OUT TIME: You must check out by 11 am or earlier. In fairness to everyone, check-out time must be strictly observed. Our cleaning crew frequently has several rental units to clean on the same day and must have enough time to get them all ready by 3 pm. Late departure must be approved.
CANCELLATIONS:
• If you cancel your reservation outside of 30 days, your deposit will be transferred to a gift certificate, valid for 6 months.
• If you cancel within 30 days of your reservation, your deposit is NON- Refundable.
• We will allow 1 modification or change request for existing reservations, all other modifications will incur a 20% fee of the deposit.
• Special promotional reservations are not eligible for date changes, refunds, or gift certificates.
• All modification or cancellation requests must be submitted via email at info@lighthouselanding.com or by calling our Reservations Desk at (270) 362-8201.
Office Hours: Sunday – Saturday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, closed on Sundays November – March.
After processing your request, we will send a confirmation to you by email. If you do not receive a confirming email within 36 hours, please call (270) 362-8201 to check on the status of your request.
DISCLAIMER: All online reservations are considered requests until we contact you to confirm your reservation request. Lighthouse Landing reserves the right to cancel any reservation request that does not satisfy our reservation requirements. Very infrequently, actual reservations must be relocated. We reserve the right to change accommodations without notice up to the day of arrival due to unexpected mechanical failures, emergencies, or previous damage to property. Every effort will be made to provide equal accommodations.
