Lighthouse Landing offers 14 Transient RV sites for a relaxing camping experience. With gorgeous views of the marina, our sites will not disappoint. Explore all that Kentucky Lake, Lake Barkley and Grand Rivers have to offer with just a 5-minute walk into town, or rent one of our golf carts to explore all of Grand Rivers. Soak up the beauty of Kentucky Lake on a kayak adventure with the whole family.
All sites offer electric, water, and sewer hookups. Picnic table, Breeo smokeless fire pit, and galvanized trash cans are available at every site. We offer daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal rates to accommodate your stay. Located just a short walk from the sites are two bathhouses, a laundry room, beach area, and the Lighthouse. The Specialty Shop, located in our main office, offers limited camping supplies, laundry detergent, firewood, various beverages, snacks, and souvenirs. RV Site Rules and Regulations
Minimum Night Stay:
All reservations made between Memorial Weekend and Labor day require a three night minimum stay. A 50% deposit is due at the time the reservation is made.
Check-In Time:
1:00 PM. Upon arrival, all guests should proceed to their reserved site. Guests will receive an email containing a link to pay any balance due for their site two days before their arrival date.
Check-Out Time:
11:00 AM for all sites. Late check-outs can be requested (subject to availability) but require pre-approval from the registration office. There will be a $75.00 per hour charge for all unapproved late departures.
Deposit:
A 50% deposit by credit card is required when making a reservation. Balance is due upon receipt of your pre-arrival letter. You will receive an email with pre-arrival instructions, including a link for you to process payment of your remaining balance. When you arrive at Lighthouse Landing, you may proceed directly to your reserved site. Valid credit card information is required and will be kept on file. IF PAYING A DEPOSIT WITH A LIGHTHOUSE LANDING GIFT CERTIFICATE, PLEASE CALL TO MAKE RESERVATIONS.
Cancellation Policy:
• If you cancel your reservation outside of 30 days, your deposit will be transferred to a gift certificate, valid for 6 months.
• If you cancel within 30 days of your reservation, your deposit is NON- Refundable.
• We will allow 1 modification or change request for existing reservations, all other modifications will incur a 20% fee of the deposit.
• Special promotional reservations are not eligible for date changes, refunds, or gift certificates.
• All modification or cancellation requests must be submitted via email at info@lighthouselanding.com or by calling our Reservations Desk at (270) 362-8201.
Office Hours: Sunday – Saturday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, closed on Sundays November – March.

After processing your request, we will send a confirmation to you by email. If you do not receive a confirming email within 36 hours, please call (270) 362-8201 to check on the status of your request.
No-Show Policy:
Any guest who has not arrived within 24 hours of the reserved arrival date and has not contacted the resort staff will be considered a canceled reservation and will forfeit their entire deposit.
Refund Policy:
There are no refunds after check-in. Refunds will not be given due to weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund for pre-check-in cancellations will be processed by the same method that the reservation was originally paid or a gift certificate may be issued towards a future stay to be used within six months from the original reservation dates.
Occupancy:
The maximum number of Guests on any site including visitors is not to exceed 6. The maximum number of vehicles on any site is limited to 2.
Other Prohibited Motorized Transportation:
ATVs, ROVs, Dirt Bikes, or any other customized street legal Low-Speed Vehicle is not permitted in the resort.
Boats and Watercraft:
Lighthouse Landing has daily boat slips for Kentucky Lake available for rent to guests and non-guests. Advanced reservations are available to our cottage guests. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis for non-guests. Please be aware that during the holidays and weekends, slips go quickly so it is important to be on-site at 8:30 AM to secure a boat slip. Transient RV customer boat & trailer parking:
Transient RV customers need to park their trailers in the designated parking areas.
If a transient RV guest pays for a slip their trailer parking is free. If they keep their boat on the trailer they must pay to stay in one of the designated parking areas or use the free parking area.
Free Parking :
Any customer–slip, camping, or cottage guest may park their boat & vehicle in our main public parking lot below the office by the boat ramp.
No boat or trailer parking at piers 3 & 4 or at any campsite or cottage.
RV Restrictions:
All RVs must be currently registered and maintained in good condition. Sorry, no tents, pop-ups, A-Frames, or truck campers. converted school buses or converted cargo trailers. All RVs are subject to external inspection before entering the resort. RVs 10 years or older must be approved by Resort Management prior to making the reservation.
Sewer Hook-ups:
Sewer hoses must be undamaged and sewer connections must be tight.
Trailers and Dollies:
Dollies, boat and car trailers, and Cargo trailers are not permitted at sites. Please contact the Resort office if in need of storage. Storage is $15.00 per day (space is limited).
Vehicles:
Parking is NOT allowed on the street, grass, or any vacant sites. Parking rules will be enforced at all times and may result in towing at the expense of the guest or vehicle owner.
Golf Carts:
Personal golf carts are permitted but must be registered with the City of Grand Rivers. Resort golf carts may be rented at the Resort office during your stay (based on availability). Any person operating a golf cart must possess a valid driver’s license. The speed limit in the resort is 15 mph. No refunds will be given for the removal of cart privileges due to speed or rules violations which may result in eviction from the Resort. Golf Cart rental hours Check-out at 9:00 am and return by 8:00 am.
Speed Limit:
The posted speed limit is 15 mph on all resort roads and all posted traffic signs must be obeyed. Failure to follow the speed limit may result in eviction from the Resort with no refund.
Site Appearance:
Any free-standing shade structures such as screen rooms, canopies, tarps, or tents are not permitted. No lighting strung from trees, bushes or lying on the ground. Please keep your site neat and clean during your stay.
Visitors:
The maximum number of Guests on any site including visitors is not to exceed 6. Guests are responsible for their visitors and liable for any damages that they cause while in the Resort. Resort quiet hours begin at 10 pm so we ask that all visitors exit the resort by this time. All vehicles will need to be parked on the pad of the guest they are visiting.
Quiet Time and Curfew:
The Resort’s quiet time is from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM daily (no loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, etc.). The use of generators is prohibited. Children under 16 years of age may not leave their campsite after 10:00 PM unless they go to/from the bathhouse or they are accompanied by an adult.
Pets:
Resort Management reserves the right to reject the admittance of any pet. Pet vaccination records must be available upon request. Pets are not to be left unattended outside at any time. Perimeter fences, pet kennels, and dog lines are not permitted on any site. All pets must wear a collar with the identification of the owner and phone number. Dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Please be sure to pick up after your pet.
Wheeled and Motorized Toys:
Mini-bikes, go-carts, skateboards, motorized scooters, hoverboards, remote-controlled toys, and drones may NOT be operated inside the RV Resort. Bicycles must be operated with extreme caution, and obey the speed limit, and an adult must supervise minors while operating a bicycle on the premises.
