Kentucky Lake Attractions
Located at the north entrance to Land Between the Lakes Kentucky, Lighthouse Landing Resort & Marina offers limitless outdoor recreation with some unique opportunities for environmental education and historic interpretation.
The Land Between the Lakes oversees just over 160,000 acres of forests, wetlands, and open lands in Western Kentucky and Tennessee. This undeveloped land offers endless free, family-friendly activities. Go picnicking, hiking, fishing, boating, birdwatching, hunting, and more! Enjoy the 300 miles of shoreline and 500 miles of trails where you can bike, off-road ride at Turkey Bay, horseback ride, and be free to explore.

The Land Between the Lakes is also home to 55 species of mammals and 260 species of birds, elk, bison, wild turkeys, turtles, coyotes, gray foxes, deer, and bobcats. Since its inception, the Land Between the Lakes Association has worked in partnership with the managing agency of the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area to provide program services, funds development, and help promote the wise and sustainable use of the Land Between the Lake (LBL).
